As part of our discussion on the parts of sailboats, Preschool B made their very own sailboats! With the use of food cardboard boxes, barbecue sticks, clay, and colored paper, the children were ready to make the best sailboats ever!

Once they were done, it was all set for the best part – the test run. Equipped with the smiles on their faces and excitement that was so hard to contain, Preschool B used their Outdoor Play to test their sailboats in our pretend “Ocean” (tubs of water).

The children had so much fun playing with their sailboats. I wonder, when can we experience riding a real sailboat? 🙂
