Reading has always been one of the main thrusts of Nest for the students. That is why we open our library to the children and have them scan and read through different books where they can learn more and add to what they know from their classes. We have our Library Day every Wednesday where they can borrow books and bring it home to read with their families.

It is nice to see that Preschool B enjoys reading as much as they would enjoy playing games or singing and dancing to our class songs.

Here are the Top 5 Favorite Books of Preschool B:

1. DK Picturepedia Transport

2. Chicka Chicka Boom Boom by Bill Martin Jr. and John Archambault

3. It’s Okay to Be Different by Todd Parr

4. I’m a Little Teapot by Iza Trapani

5. The Little Engine That Could by Watty Piper

These are just some of the books that the children like to browse through (and never get tired of reading them from cover to cover) everyday . We can’t wait to show them more books and have them enjoy reading like no other!
